Saturday is here again and since I didn't put the cartoons on last weekend, I thought we would include them on this weeks Saturday post. However before we get into that I want to point out a couple of things to you, OK?
The first thing I wanted to show you is the "Then and Now" pictures of C.B.(cry-baby). He is, of course, one of the Roomies. As you can readily see, they have grown quite a lot. C.B. is the smallest of the two but take my word for it...they are both a LOT bigger than they used to be. They both eat like horses, but I have been assured that they are indeed cats!
Secondly, the blogs that you see on the left side of this page are both entertaining and informative. You can learn a lot by visiting them and you might just have some fun while reading as well.
Now the Roomies have requested Tom and Jerry as today's fun offering, so in order to keep the peace around the homestead that's what we have. I hope you enjoy it and remember...it takes fewer muscles to smile than it does to frown! So like my good friend and fellow blogger Meltcat says " Keep smiling!" After the cartoon, we'll all go out to the patio and share a cup of coffee, OK? OK !

Finally a Pic!
So it's C.B. and Smoky?
Good, I like CB better than the old name :)
Cute names for Cute Kittens!
And they sure are growing fast huh?
Keep us updated, OK?
And give them a Hug from their Aunt Blondie :))
Hey Blondie...thanks for coming by. Yeah, they are growing fast indeed! It used to be cute when they got up on my chest, now it feels like a small car has parked there!
They act as furry alarm clocks as well. When they decide it's time for me to get up...they walk up and down my body while I'm trying to sleep. But I'll give them a hug from you anyway.
Hope you get some rain today. See ya later...
Morning Hermitjim
Yes those kittens have really grown - how old are they now?
And so pretty !! And they have little attitudes.
You must be a good papa to them and
it's fun to have a little/lot of action around.
Have a good day !!
Hey Myrna...thanks for the comments. Well, they definitely know who feeds them so that makes me a hero...if only at supper time. And during storms and such...always nice to have a safe place to go and get a hug, I guess!
Thanks, Girl, for stopping by...
Cause for sorrow, Cause for pain: I bought a siamise, chocolate point like yours, I think.
Cute little thing.
But both of us had jobs. So had to leave the little feller alone in the house while I was working.
Onfortunately I had a few plants... Some from the desert.
One day I went home for lunch and found.... dang.... a lot of blood, everywhere, apparently the poor guy clawed at his own tongue to remove the barbs from the desert plant.
I was so shaken I had to take the rest of the day off.
After a few months I bought a second one, cross eyes. He grew up to love me and I loved him.
The story does not end, but that is enough.

hey John...thanks for the visit. We can get very attached to our pets and I think they in turn get attached to us. They seem to know when to stay close and when to give us room. They are also very good about letting us know they are there when we need a little comfort.
Thanks for the Sat. Cartoons, Friend Jim...classic Tom and Jerry is just hard to beat, huh?
Cat
Hey Cat...Tom and Jerry are still one of my favorites, if for no other reason than the sounds that Tom makes in the older ones! We all need a good laff once in a while...
Somebody once said that growing older is mandatory, but growing up isn't!!
Hopefully, the Hermit will never grow up so much as to lose my sense of humor!
Thanks again!
