I'm always intrigued by the interpretation of his work; nothing really is as it seems. With this one, either way, both fire and ice burn.Lynnannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08942163569008867516noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2474304103076898115.post-3011878871824413762010-02-18T12:27:18.046-06:002010-02-18T12:27:18.046-06:00P.S. I am known for my "cement", as you may remember. I make my gravy thick on purpose...so it will stick to the biscuit, taters, rice, etc. (If one needs to thicken their gravy arrowroot is a great, natural ingredient.)
Coming back from Texas one year we stopped at a Waffle House for breakfast. Jason offered both babies a bite of his grits. Ashley, of course, ate hers right up but Nichole spit hers accross the table. Leah and I both laughed because we don't do grits either. For the longest time, if Nichole was offered anything white she would back up and check it out before tasting it. Might be the texture, who knows.
Kyd,your comment takes me back to the subject of CHICKEN FRIED STEAK vs. country fried. Only white gravy is acceptable...my opinion only!!Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02043420235495017483noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2474304103076898115.post-7202995583151173982010-02-18T09:24:23.167-06:002010-02-18T09:24:23.167-06:00Hey Momlady...
