I have noticed when working outdoors with heavy duty chores, my body craves salt.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2474304103076898115.post-73896915131051306862012-10-18T07:21:14.659-05:002012-10-18T07:21:14.659-05:00I love salt

The type "It rains when it pours" or a generic found in regular groceries doesn't seem to be very healthy for a body; yet that has been the choice forever. So who knows what is best? Doctors tell us it raises the blood pressure and can kill !!! My father ate enormous amounts all his life and his blood pressure was always perfect, even to the day he died. Salt is wonderful used for a soaking bath or as a gargle for a sore throat. I love salt - Especially a dash on fruit brings out the flavors. Now excuse me while I soak my feet in a good warm foot bath with a fourth cup of salt to alleviate the swelling. Will you save me a BIG slice of that pie, please. My favorite kind, all filled with spice. Got milk?

Caddiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07575600935524610154noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2474304103076898115.post-6077317071532190802012-10-18T06:44:40.661-05:002012-10-18T06:44:40.661-05:00I think back to all the salted fish my grandmother...I think back to all the salted fish my grandmother used to eat.
