Simply Amazing...!

Here's something pretty amazing!

Nature has a rather unique way of helping her creatures to find what they need, even in the hardest to reach places!

I want you to look at these pictures very carefully and you'll see what I mean.

For those who aren't familiar with the view - it's the downstream face of the dam and those dots are bighorns WALKING ACROSS IT. They're licking the surface - salt, maybe?

Now, I don't know about you but I'm ready for some fresh coffee on the patio! You coming, my friend?

  5. Hey Rekhaa...
Never tried it myself! Heck, I have a hard time trying to walk straight on flat ground!

I knew that these critters could walk around on the sides of mountains, but this was the first time I've seen them on the side of a dam!

I appreciate you coming by today!

    hey AV...
I'll have to op over and check it out!

It's always amazing to me to see just how easily nature makes it look! If you or I were to try this...we would likely end up at the bottom!

Thanks, my friend, for coming over today!

    Hey Christer...
You know, most all goats like to climb, but I've never seen this many in a place like this!

Nature does provide plenty of subjects for pictures, right? Look at all those beautiful pictures that you get from around your place!

You stay warm, buddy, and thanks for coming by today!

    Hey JoJo...
Really something to watch, I would imagine! Certainly makes you stop and stare! Bet it's getting pretty cool there in the mountains, huh?

Oh well, just a short time until you are back home in Phoenix. Wonder what the weather will be like there?

Thanks, sweetie, for coming by for a visit!

If there were birds out there on the dam my cats would be out there after them. Thanks for another great lesson.

  8. Hey Ben...
There might just be a sudden avalanche of Bighorns going to the bottom!

I'd like to see this in person someday!

Thanks, buddy, for coming by today!

    Hey Mechanic...
Ya know, mine would probably go after the birds as well! He is still trying to catch a squirrel, so who knows?

    Thanks for the visit today!

  12. I've seen these guys climb mountains, but this is getting kinda crazy. No sense of fear, I guess.
