Great Teaching Video...!

When I first started to learn the art of tying useful knots, I looked around for some good instructional videos.

The one place I keep returning to over and over is at FusionKnots.com. The reason? This guy makes his instructions very easy to understand and follow, and I might add that he makes the most professional looking presentations I've ever seen!

Even if you aren't trying to learn to tie knots, they are very entertaining to watch. No words, no talking, but he does a very good job of teaching knots...and the music is pretty good!

Here is a video of one of his knots. If you enjoy this one, you might want to check out some of the rest! Take my word for it, this guy is good!

By the way, I'm not associated with this guy in any way. I just like the way he presents things so that even an old timer like me can understand them.

Now, how about some fresh coffee on the patio? Perfect weather for it!

Knots are darn useful to know. I'd rather use a good piece of rope and the right knots than all those fancy bungees, clamps, and straps.

Thank you for the video. I'll go back to it when I get home. I will be able to buy the cord there. I hope I can make these the grandkids would love them and I can make Fred a few collars in different colors..
Coffee is sure nice and hot for this chilly morning.

I'm not too bad at knots from my Boy Scout days but I'm going to check out that web site. Thanks for the info and have a great Monday. By the way my son and I harvested 4 whitetails with our bows this weekend, all big does, he got 3 and I got 1. We'll be eating good!

Hey Sixbears...
Knots can come in very handy, especially since you can make cordage out of so many different things!

Being a boater, I would imagine that knots are very useful to you.

Besides, it's always a good way to pass the time!

Thanks for coming by this morning!

Hey JoJo...
If you get the chance, go by this guy's web sight and look at all the different knots on there. He also has a YouTube channel!

You can use any type of string or rope, but I use paracord and you can find that at the Army/Navy surplus store...or online!

Have fun with it! BTW, I can give you an address for some buckles to use for Fred's collars, if you want!

Thanks, sweetie, for coming by today!
