Another Mysterious Monday...!

Nothing like a good mystery to start off the week!

This is especially true about mysteries that, as of yet, don't have a good explanation, ya know? If we could explain it, the mystery wouldn't be fun anymore! Know what I mean?

Grooved Spheres

Over the last few decades, miners in South Africa have been digging up mysterious metal spheres. Origin unknown, these spheres measure approximately an inch or so in diameter, and some are etched with three parallel grooves running around the equator. Two types of spheres have been found: one is composed of a solid bluish metal with flecks of white; the other is hollowed out and filled with a spongy white substance. The kicker is that the rock in which they where found is Precambrian – and dated to 2.8 billion years old! Who made them and for what purpose is unknown.

Well, that certainly gives me something to think about this morning. How about you?

Coffee in the kitchen this morning, with some Raspberry Crumb Cake on the side, OK?

Hmmm...everybody's baking goodies in this hot weather! i have to wait til it all cools before i can bake anything. You're making me drool:-0

i think we're going to find more evidence of ThaT Flood as things like this are found in these supposedly Eons old rock layers.

We are so arrogant about our "advanced science".. & yet keep finding these little clues.. to prove us a bit silly.
It's SO Cool!

Good Morning!

2.8 billion years ago the only thing that could have made them was nature. Why? Nature doesn't always have reasons for what she creates, she's kind of autistic.

Hey Kare...
Luckily this raspberry crumble doesn't require any baking in the oven, so it makes a good recipe for hot weather!

Interesting finds everyday, for sure!

Thanks for coming by today!

Hey BBC...
Nature certainly dances to the beat of her own drum!

Things like this will always be a mystery, I think!

Thanks for the visit!

That is a great mystery. Must have come from the beings that lived on earth before humans. Were those holes in all of them?

Hey Dizzy...
I have no idea where they came from, who made them, or even why!

I was hoping that maybe some of you guys could help out on that!

Thanks, buddy, for coming by today!

At least 200 have been found, and extracted out of deep rock at the Wonderstone Silver Mine in South Africa, averaging 1-4 inches in dia. and composed of a nickel-steel alloy that doesn't occur naturally. Some have a thin shell about a quarter inch thick, when broken open are filled with a strange spongy material that disintegrates into dust upon contact with air.
