I wanted to take this morning to say a heartfelt "THANK YOU" to all my blogging friends!

You are all more than just cyber-friends, you are my second family! I mean that.

Many of you I've never had the chance to meet, and others I have had the honor to stand next to and even shake hands with! All of you have made this past year a real pleasure for me and I mean that. Having all of you stop by for coffee and a visit makes my day a little nicer, ya know?

I hope that this holiday season is safe and happy for you all!

Merry Christmas, everyone!

Coffee is set up on the patio this morning, my friends!

I read your blog early each day. I miss Ben Woods a lot, always wonder about his only child up in Hood River Oregon that owns the bagel and coffee place, we plan to drive up when it is lovely and meet her and talk to her about her daddy..You met him I read your blog, I feel like you are a nice fellow with many witty things you post, the coffee on the patio shout out is sweet, we live in the pacific northwest, snowing in the mountains, suppose to snow here, we are getting punished for 112 days of above 80 degrees, sunshine and blue skies. It is dreary here most of the year, moss grows everywhere and green green. Staggering unemployment and food and hunger issues, one cannot eat the scenery, we regretted not moving to the Seattle area where there is good work, schools, and people earn enough to buy a home, not here at all in the nearly 35 years we have lived here it used to be a wonderful place, if one cannot work, one cannot ever buy a home, it depressed us, we are retired the hubbs, I am near it, want to sell our tiny home & move to a place where the sunshines a lot more and many are employed as it shapes the city and town. Happy and Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and may your new year be filled with many wonderful memories of people you meet from your blog and in person, ciao!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year wishes to you too, HermitJim, from a fellow blogger who reads and enjoys your posts even if I don't comment on every one. You nearly always have something quite interesting to share. Thanks for taking the time to inform and educate and fit the coffee on the patio. You are a true gentleman and scholar, and the world needs more of both!
