Actually, there are people who are able to lick their own elbow. It was even shown in one of the episodes of "Mythbusters" if I'm not mistaken. :-) But the statement keeps going on 'round the net anyway. :-)

Hey sinip...I didn't know that! But then, there's a lot I don't know in this world...and I watch Mythbusters all the time! Great show, in my opinion !

I have never tried to lick my elbow, so I can't vouch for it one way or another.

Thanks for stopping by
Jim

Yes great show indeed! Didn't see a lot of episodes though, because it used to be aired at the time when I was returning from my work (while I was working) but the most impressive one I saw was when they tried to check the myth of the guys who allegedly got catapulted themselves from the Mexican border into the USA using mattress and some elastic rubber mounted on top of the truck parked next to the fence. To what length those mythbusters went to check every single possibility was simply amazing to watch. :-)

sinip...I think it's safe to say that these guys go to extraordinary lengths to show the science of what will and will not work on certain myths. I have learned a lot from watching this show. and find it a great form of entertainment!
